Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns for chess products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns

1. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. Returns are applicable only for chess products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team via email contact@bestchess.in to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
3. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the provided address.

Refund Process

1. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Exceptions

1. Customized or personalized chess sets may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
